Established keepsakes, printed live

Wedding screen printing, pressed live while your reception is still dancing.

We set a working print shop inside your venue. Guests pick a design, we press it, and they walk off with a warm, wearable keepsake before the last song.

A Merch Troop studio — artwork proofing, garment sourcing, on-site staffing, travel, and a clean guest handoff, all handled for you.

The keepsake menu

Five stations couples pair for the perfect favor.

Screen printing is the classic — but the modern wedding keepsake is a whole spread. Pick the ones that fit your crowd and we press them live, side by side.

How the night runs

Set up before cocktail hour. Printing all through dinner and dancing.

STEP I

Proof & source

Weeks ahead we proof your monogram or date artwork and order the exact garment colors so nothing is a surprise on the day.

STEP II

Quiet load-in

Our crew arrives during setup, tucks the press into your floor plan, and is ready before the first guest reaches the bar.

STEP III

Live pressing

Guests pick, we press, and each finished keepsake goes onto a cool rack and into their hands — no bottleneck, no drips near the dresses.

STEP IV

Clean exit

We break down discreetly, leave the space spotless, and box any leftover blanks for the couple to keep.

Before you ask

The questions couples send us first.

Do you actually screen print at the wedding itself?

We bring the full station to your venue and print live during the reception or welcome party. For the fastest lines we usually run direct-to-film heat transfers alongside a screen-print look, so a monogram or wedding-date design lands crisp on Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, totes, and robes in seconds instead of the minutes a rebuilt screen would need on the floor.

How many guests can you print for in an evening?

A single staffed station comfortably handles roughly 80 to 150 guests over a three to four hour reception, depending on how many colors and personalization touches you want. For a 200-plus guest wedding we add a second press and a second operator so the line never gets between anyone and the dance floor.

What can guests take home besides shirts?

Beyond screen-printed tees we run embroidered robes and jackets, a hat bar with custom patches, canvas welcome totes, and UV DTF stickers for tumblers. Couples often mix two or three: a printed tee for the after-party crowd and an embroidered robe or patch cap as the keepsake.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak Saturdays in Southern California book six to nine months out. We can sometimes turn a rehearsal dinner or smaller welcome party around in a few weeks, but reserving your date early lets us proof artwork, source the exact garment colors, and lock staffing.
