Wedding Screen Printing

The live station menu for your wedding.

Screen printing is where wedding keepsakes started, and it still anchors the night. Around it we run four more stations so every guest — the after-party crowd, the bridal party, the grandparents — leaves with something made for them.

STATION 01

Screen-Print & DTF Tees

The heart of wedding printing. We combine a true screen-print look with fast direct-to-film transfers so your monogram or wedding date lands crisp and full-color on Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Comfort Colors crewnecks, and Gildan classics — pressed in seconds so the line keeps moving.

STATION 02

Live Embroidery

Names, initials, and roles stitched onto getting-ready robes, denim jackets, and satin bombers while guests watch. It is the slowest station and the most sentimental — the piece a maid of honor keeps in her closet forever.

STATION 03

Hat & Patch Bar

Guests grab a Richardson 112 trucker, a Flexfit fitted, or a soft dad cap, and we heat-press a leather or embroidered patch carrying your crest, last name, or wedding date. Endlessly popular with groomsmen and dads.

STATION 04

Canvas Welcome Totes

For destination and out-of-town crowds, we print welcome totes on site — perfect for welcome parties where guests fill them with local treats.

STATION 05

UV DTF Sticker Bar

Peel-and-press wedding graphics that guests apply to tumblers, water bottles, laptops, and phone cases. A relaxed, self-serve favorite for the late-night stretch.

EVERY STATION

Fully staffed & sourced

Each station comes with trained operators, the pressing equipment, artwork prep, and the blanks themselves. You approve a design and pick colors; we handle the rest and hand guests a finished keepsake.

Pairing stations to your guest list

Most weddings book two or three stations. A common mix for a 150-guest reception is a screen-print tee station running the whole night, a hat-and-patch bar that draws a steady crowd, and a short embroidery run reserved for the bridal party during getting-ready photos. Larger weddings add a second tee press so nobody waits.

If you're leaning into a theme — Western, nautical, a family crest, a destination motif — we lean the artwork and garment colors into it so the keepsakes feel like part of the décor, not merch bolted on afterward. Tell us the vibe and we'll suggest the stations that carry it best.

Not sure where to start? Send your guest count and the feeling you're after. We'll recommend a station lineup and walk you through what each one prints, how fast it moves, and what it costs.
