Wedding Screen Printing
How much is a wedding print station?
A single staffed station for a Southern California wedding starts around $5,000. Here's what that covers, what's quoted on top, and what pushes the number up or down.
What actually drives the cost
Four things move the number: how many hours we press, how many stations run at once, which garments and how many, and travel. A local one-station reception printing 100 tees sits near the starting point; a Palm Springs weekend with three stations across two days is a larger, custom quote.
We keep pricing quote-based on purpose. A generic package would overcharge an intimate rehearsal dinner and underserve a 250-guest reception. Send us the real details and you get the real number.
Related questions
What's included in the starting price?
The roughly $5,000 starting point covers your operators, the press and equipment, artwork prep, and setup and teardown for one station at a local wedding. Garments are quoted separately based on blank and quantity.
How is staffing billed?
Additional operator hours — for a longer reception, a second press, or an extra station — are $250 per hour, including setup and breakdown.
Is there a travel fee?
Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego weddings have no travel fee. A flat $900 fee applies outside that radius, and destination weekends are quoted as a package.
