Wedding Screen Printing
How to plan wedding favors guests actually keep.
Most wedding favors get left on the table. A keepsake printed live in front of your guests doesn't — here's how to plan one that fits your day.

Why live-printed favors stick
The problem with most favors is that they're forgettable — a candle, a mini bottle, a monogrammed koozie in a basket by the door. A keepsake made in front of guests is different because it carries the memory of watching it happen. People wear the tee, keep the robe, and reuse the tote precisely because they saw it printed.
Match the keepsake to your crowd
Start with your guest list. A younger, party-heavy crowd loves bold tees and after-party stickers. A multigenerational wedding does better with a soft crewneck and a patch hat. Destination weekends lean on totes and hats that travel well. You don't have to pick one — two or three stations cover the whole room.
Timing the night
Open the station as dinner begins so guests drift over between courses and dances. For 100 to 150 guests, one screen-print station runs a steady line for three to four hours. Above 200, add a second press. Reserve embroidery for the wedding party during getting-ready photos, since it's the slowest station.
Garments worth specifying
Ask for Bella+Canvas 3001 tees or Comfort Colors crewnecks for softness, Richardson 112 caps for the hat bar, and satin robes for embroidery. Good blanks are the difference between a favor guests wear and one they donate.
