Wedding Screen Printing

A live printing station at your reception.

The reception is where live printing does its best work โ€” a busy, glowing corner of the party that runs through dinner and dancing and sends every guest home with a keepsake.

How it fits the night

We set up during your venue's turnaround and are ready before guests arrive from the ceremony. As cocktail hour rolls into dinner, the station opens: guests pick a design, we press it, and it lands on a cool rack before it's handed back. There's no equipment noise near the toasts and nothing hot anywhere guests can reach it.

For a 100 to 150 guest reception, one screen-print tee station keeps a steady, happy line for three to four hours. Larger crowds get a second press so the wait never competes with the dance floor. Couples often add a hat-and-patch bar as a second draw that pulls the groomsmen and dads.

What guests take home

  • Soft Bella+Canvas 3001 tees or Comfort Colors crewnecks with your monogram or date
  • Trucker or dad caps with a pressed leather or woven patch
  • Embroidered pieces for the wedding party
A reception station is our most-booked wedding setup. Send your guest count and we'll tell you whether one press or two keeps your line short.
